ℹ️ Before You Delete
Deleting your SellZan account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read what happens to your data before proceeding.
If you're having an issue with the app, we'd love to help first. Contact us at support@sellzan.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
⚠️ What Happens When You Delete
Data that will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo) Deleted
- All product listings you created Deleted
- Your store and seller profile Deleted
- Your saved addresses Deleted
- Your wishlist and saved posts Deleted
- Your social posts and comments Deleted
- KYC documents and verification data Deleted
- Chat messages Deleted
Data that may be retained for legal/financial compliance:
- Completed order records (retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations) Retained
- Payment transaction records Retained
- Fraud and dispute records where legally required Retained
⛔ You Cannot Delete If
Your account cannot be deleted while:
- You have active (pending or in-progress) orders as a buyer or seller
- You have an open dispute being investigated
- You have a positive wallet balance that has not been withdrawn
Please resolve all pending orders, disputes, and withdraw your wallet balance before requesting deletion.
📱 How to Delete From the App

Open SellZan
Launch the app and make sure you are logged into the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile
Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.

Open Settings
Tap the settings icon or scroll to find "Account Settings."

Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm your password.

Confirm Deletion
Enter your password and confirm. Your account and data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
✉️ Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, send us a message from the email address registered on your SellZan account:
Send your deletion request to:
support@sellzan.com
Include in your email: your registered email address and phone number so we can verify your identity.
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
↩️ Changed Your Mind?
After submitting a deletion request, you have a 7-day grace period to cancel it. Simply log back into your account or email us at support@sellzan.com within 7 days to cancel the deletion.
After 7 days, the deletion process begins and cannot be reversed.
